The aim of DM Training Consultants is to work
with industry leaders and local enterprise companies to help increase the
skill development of young people and to strive to improve the quality in
the product offered to industry. We are keen to work closely
with our Sector Skills Council (People
1st) who aim to develop and implement a workforce plan for the sector,
with enterprise company support and with a skills passport.
DM Training Consultants Ltd is operated by Donna Maver and Debbie Martin. Donna and Debbie are directly involved in assessing and internally verifying candidates on the Scottish Enterprise programme. They intend to offer freelance Assessing and IV'ing services to other Training Providers in the same occupational sector to help achievement rates for their local enterprise company. It is intended to identify potential employers who have a commitment to Training and Development by developing in-house assessors via the A1 and A2 awards, as well as SVQ candidates.
